How to make it
- In the Calendar tab pick 'Monthly', then use the paper size control above the preview to choose a wall-friendly size: A3 or Tabloid for a full-size wall calendar, A4 or Letter for something smaller
- In the Layout tab choose a month layout: a plain grid, or one with a photo panel above the dates
- Add your own photos per month, pick a colour palette and heading font, and mark in holidays or important dates
- In the Print tab set Binding to 'Coil · top' so nothing prints into the coil, then export a true-to-size PDF (with crop marks if you're sending it to a print shop)
Frequently asked questions
What paper size should I use for a wall calendar?
A3 (297×420mm) is the standard large wall-calendar size and prints readably from a few metres away; Tabloid/11×17" is the closest US equivalent. A4/Letter works too for a smaller calendar, just with less room per photo.
Can I use my own photos for each month?
Yes, add a different photo for each month. Photos stay in this browser and are excluded from share links.
How do I bind the finished pages?
Choose “Coil · top” in Print to leave binding space, with a coil size suggested from paper weight. Use a print shop or the optional punch guides.
Can I start the calendar in any month, not just January?
Yes. Set the start year and start month, which is useful for a financial-year calendar, an academic-year calendar, or a gift calendar that starts the month you're giving it.
Can I make a 2027 calendar, or any other year?
Yes, choose the year and start month in Calendar. Optional downloaded public holidays cover roughly 1976–2076.
