Printable Week-to-View Diary Maker
A week-to-view diary gives each week a spread: a row for each day on the left page and notes on the right. The 'Week to view, a quarter' starter builds it as an A4 landscape canvas that folds to A5 pages, with the dotted notes page opposite, a cover, and the pages in booklet order for double-sided home printing.
A diary of weeks is thick, so the starter makes a quarter at a time: three months to a booklet, which stays thin enough to staple. Make the next booklet by changing the starting month. There is a Letter version, and a Week on two pages starter with four days on the left page and three days plus a notes box on the right.

How to make it

- In the Calendar tab set the month to start from, and choose whether the week starts on Monday, Sunday or Saturday
- In the Print tab, under Booklet printing, check the sheet count and the edge to flip on, then export. Print double-sided at 100%, fold the sheets in half, nest them and staple the spine

Frequently asked questions
Why only three months?
A week to a spread over a whole year is too thick to staple. The starter covers three months, and you make the next booklet by changing the starting month.
Can I start the week on Sunday?
Yes. Week starts on can be Monday, Sunday or Saturday, and choosing a country sets it for you; either way you can change it.
Is it undated?
No. Every week is dated from the month you start in. There is no undated version.
